Cool Stuff: Majestic Lamps

Someone was asking about this lamp in the eBay forums the other day — wanted to know who was the maker and what could it possibly be. One poster suggested it could be a Majestic Lamp. And while another mentioned the lamp’s similarity to George Nelson bubble lamps and the true identity of this particular lamp remains up in the air, I took a quick look at Majestic Lamps and found some real gems. That first lamp could seriously cure my probem – I want a Bubble Lamp but currently have nowhere to hang it.

And isn’t it funny how once your eyes are opened to something you start to see it everywhere. Like on Design Sponge’s sneak peek, where there is a Majestic lamp this morning

Wow, I actually bought the blue floor lamp. But the other lamp that was for sale by the same guy at the same time, now that was the one that got away.
